David Powers is a real estate developer and a licensed attorney and CPA in New York who has been skiing Stratton for more than 40 years. He finds the homes, builds the upgrades that pay for themselves, and keeps the contracts and books tight.
Bonnie Powers is our designer. She curates every room in every home — modern, warm and built for big groups — and it’s why our listings stand out.
Our kids and our dogs, Buster and Piper, are Stratton regulars too. We build homes we’d want to stay in, because we do.
